Kulkarni Quantity Surveyors (KQS), was established primarily to protect the interest of private owners, corporate developers and various local authorities. It provides comprehensive Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Auditing Services to Developers, Engineering and Architectural Consultants.

The Company was established in 1994. Due to the quality of service it has been providing, it has had several billion Dirhams worth of work in hand, consistently for the last several years.
‘KQS’ is led by a Fellow member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with over 30 years experience in the construction industry of U.A.E. The resident manager is an Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

The staff in the Dubai Office consists, besides the administrative staff, of well qualified and experienced quantity surveyors. Most of these quantity surveyors are on the Dubai Municipality’s approved list and are specialised in buildings, civil engineering projects, roadworks, earthworks, dams, refurbishment work, landscaping, mechanical and electrical installations and the like.
