PECULIAR ULTIMATE CONCERNS LIMITED is a wholly Nigerian organization which was established in 2008 with Registration No. RC 739820 as a successor to Peculiar Consult a business concern which had been in operation since 2004. Our expertise covers diverse areas of Civil Engineering including Design and Construction of Roads, Buildings (Residential, Commercial, Office Complexes, etc), Fabrication and Installation of Complex Steel Roof Structures, Design and Construction Stadiums, and Composite Foundation Systems. We also provide project management and supervision services using critical pathways for continued process improvements for each project.

Our organisation recently developed a project development template called the Alternative Project Funding Approach (APFA) which proffered solutions to the current financial challenges being experienced in the country.
