Ratwege GbR - Institut für personale und organisationale Weiterentwicklung an association of experienced trainers and consultants who have been successfully supporting individuals, teams and organizations nationally and internationally in their further development for many years. Our main concern is to enable people and organizations to recognize their own situation, to activate existing resources and to get to know models and tools in order to be able to take responsibility and effectively for their own development. We have extensive and many years of experience in this in a wide variety of contexts.

We use different concepts from systemic consulting, transactional analysis, psychodrama, conflict management and interaction pedagogy. Our interventions focus primarily on the interaction of people and teams in their respective organizational context, taking into account cultural factors and the relevant environments. The organizational model shown serves as an important basis for this.
