About
Established in 1998, Ameria is one of the leading multidisciplinary advisory firms in Armenia, providing comprehensive and individually tailored services in management advisory, legal and tax advisory. We operate through the specialized units, enabling us to deliver integrated solutions that address the complex and evolving needs of both public institutions and private sector clients.
We have a proven track record of supporting public sector reforms and institutional development across a wide range of sectors, including public administration, civil service, judiciary, environmental governance, public finance management, social protection, labor market systems, energy, and transport. Our private sector work includes corporate strategy, trade promotion, investment promotion, market entry support, organizational development, business process reengineering, and the design and implementation of performance evaluation systems.
Over the years, we have built deep sectoral expertise in more than 30 industries, including telecommunications, ICT, digital technologies, mining, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, transport and logistics, hospitality, banking and capital markets, insurance, agro-processing, food and beverage production, construction, wood processing, textiles, and the chemical industry. This breadth enables us to provide targeted and high-impact advisory services across Armenia’s key economic sectors.
In addition to our advisory services, Ameria maintains a strong in-house research capability. We conduct both tailored research based on specific client requests and have also launched a series of unsolicited publications on Armenia’s economic sectors and development challenges, available by subscription. These studies serve as valuable resources for government stakeholders, development partners, and investors.
Ameria is an active participant in international development cooperation. We were members of consortia under the EU Framework Contracts for Beneficiaries 2013 (Lot 7 – Governance and Home Affairs) and the Framework Contract for the Implementation of External Aid 2018 (FWC SIEA 2018, Lot 2 – Infrastructure, Sustainable Growth and Jobs). Within these frameworks, we contributed to assignments in Armenia and internationally, covering sectors such as transport and infrastructure, sustainable energy, digital transformation, private sector development, employment, and trade.
We are also members of the International Consulting Alliance (ICA), a global network of like-minded advisory and research firms committed to delivering high-quality development consulting services in emerging economies. This collaboration allows us to mobilize international expertise and deliver cross-border solutions to our clients.
Since 2019, Ameria has served as the exclusive national partner of the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) in Armenia. As part of this initiative, we published the GEM Armenia National Reports in 2020 and 2025, contributing valuable data and insights on the state of entrepreneurship in Armenia. GEM is the world’s leading study of entrepreneurship, led by Babson College (USA) and London Business School (UK), and is a trusted resource for institutions such as the UN, World Bank, OECD, and World Economic Forum.
At Ameria, we combine local insight with global standards, delivering results-oriented, sustainable, and innovative solutions. With a multidisciplinary team and a commitment to excellence, we continue to support Armenia’s development agenda and contribute to impactful reforms and investments across the region.
