About

Invisible Women Inclusion Network (I-WIN) is a South Sudanese non-profit, non-governmental humanitarian organization (RRC Registration #4153) founded in 2020 to champion the rights and inclusion of marginalized women—particularly those in rural and conflict-affected areas.

We exist to address the systemic exclusion of women from aid, justice, and economic opportunities by empowering them through advocacy, capacity building, and grassroots mobilization. I-WIN takes a participatory, women-centered approach to social change, ensuring that all programs reflect the real needs and voices of the women we serve.

Our mission is to empower vulnerable women so they can thrive, lead, and contribute meaningfully to South Sudan’s development. Our vision is a society where women live free from violence, with their rights respected and their voices heard.

Through strategic partnerships with local communities, government, and international actors, I-WIN tackles critical issues such as gender-based violence, access to justice, livelihoods, environmental protection, education, and healthcare.

With headquarters in Juba and active operations across Warrap, Northern and Western Bar El Ghazal, Jonglei, Lakes, and Unity States, I-WIN is a growing force for gender justice and inclusive development in South Sudan.
