We do so by listening to our client’s needs and aspirations, and co-creating interventions that build the skills and experience of our client that, in turn, provide great benefit to the communities they serve.

ILPC draws upon a wide range of approaches and methodologies to design interventions that are right for you, including Outcome Mapping, Appreciative Inquiry, Open Systems Theory, etc.

We offer a range of services, including participatory strategic planning, project management, volunteer program development and management, and performance evaluation.
