Our organization is a local women head women entrepreneurial partner and humanitarian aid organization. Headquartered in Shyamnagar upazila of Satkhira district in the foothills of the southwestern coast of the Sundarbans. Indigenous Munda community, a disadvantaged and marginalized community in the southwest coastal region of Khulna District, Satkhira District, has been registered with various departments of the Government of Bangladesh since 2005 as a local women's head humanitarian aid organization Displaced Resilience people affected by the disaster, poor people living in river chars and river side slums, poor farmers, poor disable person have been implementing various developmental activities to improve their quality of life after the disaster.

Vision: To build a secure environment community resilience internal displacement free in the coastal areas to make the indigenous Munda and backward Dalit community and the daughters and women of the poorest families voice raging and financially empowered self-sufficient.

Mission: To protect the dignity, honor, rights of sex workers, disadvantaged, impoverished, pregnant, slum dwellers, disadvantaged women, including backward, backward and indigenous communities, increase their economic capacity, voice raisings social empowerment and livelihood build self-reliance by developing standards.
