Kovel City Council is a town hall in Ukraine. Kovel is an ancient city with a population of more than 68 thousand citizens, located on the picturesque plain of Western Polissia, on the banks of the Turia River, in the geographical center of Volyn. Kovel is a city of regional significance. It occupies an area of 47 km² (0.2% of the territory of Volyn). The city is one of the largest railway junctions in Western Ukraine, which has a significant strategic importance for the state, connecting it with many European countries.
