h3p, Engenharia e Gestão, SA, is a company incorporated under Angolan law, incorporated in 2008, and which was the culmination of the activity in Angola of the Complementary Grouping of Portuguese Companies, h3p, Engenharia e Gestão, ACE, set up at the beginning of 2006, with the aim of promoting and helping to foster development in the Republic of Angola in the coming decades, in the various fields of Consulting, Engineering, Architecture, Management and Procurement.

h3p, Engenharia e Gestão, SA, is currently a company incorporated under Angolan law with Portuguese and Angolan partners, which was awarded by the Ministry of Urbanism and Construction of the Republic of Angola the Permit of Project Designer of Public Works nº 482/POP/2009, corresponding to the 6th CLASS of the table of values provided for in Decree 9/91 of March 13th.

In May 2010, following the establishment of a partnership with an important Angolan Business Group, h3p, Engenharia e Gestão, SA became a public limited company.
