It was established in November 1959 as a single proprietorship company engaged primarily in the production of quality construction materials. It was incorporated in 1989 and has evolved from being a manufacturer of load-bearing concrete hollow blocks. Granolithic and cement tiles to one of the countryʼs leading integrated companies that quarries, processes and transports its own raw materials and produces them into quality concrete pipes, Readymix asphalt, and concrete for building and Infrastructures.

Pacific Concrete Products, inc. (PCPI) as it is known today started as a small cement tile, granolithic and hollow blocks company, and in a span of three years, started to produce concrete pipes for the sewer and drainage requirements of the metropolis. It then grew to be one of the biggest cement tiles and granolithic company with forty (40) rotary presses. For over a decade pacific concrete products, inc. Maintained its prominence and leadership in manufacturing cement tiles and granolithic, supplying 20 to 25% of greater manila areas requirements.

Among the prominent edifices which were supplied by pacific tiles and granolithic during the 60ʼs and 70ʼs were the Lacson underpass at Quaipo, the Bustillos church, the lilies building, the san Juan parish church in Malolos, the sta. Monica church in Dagupan city, the Binondo church, the Quiapo church, and the countless private homes.

The introduction of cheap synthetic and vinyl tiles and reduction of prices of marble saw the drastic decrease in demand for cement tiles and granolithic industry in the seventies and the eventual phase out by the company of the same.

The company, however, has the commitment to come up with better products and services and continue to provide jobs and opportunities to its people. In 1971, a group of filipino engineers proposed to manufacture a hydraulic concrete pipe machine patterned after vihy machine. Since then, we have acquired and maintained leader-ship in the manufacture of quality concrete pipes in the country. To date, an estimated 20% of metropolitan manila areas concrete pipes have been produced by our company.

In 1979, We Acquired One Of The Most Advanced Machines At The Time, The Columbia Model 5 Automated Block Machine Anad Started To Produce Load-bearing And Steam Cured Hollow Blocks.

It Was In 1963 That Pacific Concrete Products, Inc. Entered Into A Joint Venture With Monark International To Create Pioneer Rock Products ‒ A Company Involved In Quarrying And Producing Aggregates In San Mateo Rizal. Pacific Concrete Products, Inc. Continued To Operate Its Own Rock Quarrying Processing Plant And Now Has The Capacity To Produce Four Thousand (4,000) Metric Tons Of Aggregates Daily, Processing Mining Claims To River Belt Basalt Quarries At The Towns Of Angat, Bulacan; Norzaga-ray, Bulacan; Floridablanca, Pam-panga And Peneranda, Nueva Ecija And Operates Mountain Quarries At Montalban, Rizal, And Balayan, Batangas.

We Have Expanded Our Operations And Set-up Plants In Strategic Locations To Enable Us To Effectively Serve A Wide Range Of Geographical Market As Possible. The Current Year Brings Us A Total Of Ten (10) Plants Providing Jobs And Opportunities To Over 1000 Employees.
