Mission

JP "Gradska Stambena Agency" Niš as a public company founded by the City of Niš, as a non-profit housing organization, implements the City's policy in the area of providing, acquiring, managing and leasing apartments intended for housing support, as well as managing the construction of apartments with the possibility acquisition of property through purchase under non-profit conditions.

Housing support programs can be implemented by non-profit housing organizations.

The surplus of income over expenses that the housing agency realizes during the business year must be directed in its entirety to the further acquisition, construction, renovation, reconstruction and maintenance of apartments owned by the local self-government that are leased for non-profit. An essential component of all supported housing projects must be system sustainability.
