Fundación Mediapila

Mediapila Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the labor inclusion of women in situations of social and economic vulnerability.

At Fundación Mediapila we have been working since 2005 for the labor inclusion of women in situations of socioeconomic vulnerability. Every year more than 300 women from different parts of the country participate in our programs.

We know that they are women with very complex realities crossed by inequality, violence and lack of opportunities. For this reason, we designed a comprehensive approach methodology that contemplates both their technical training and their personal growth, so that we implement a labor inclusion model that is based on three fundamental axes:
