ANAS SpA - an efficient, innovative, transparent and open industrial enterprise on the international front. We are a company founded on around 6,800 resources, most of whom are roadmen, engineers and architects. We are a company that boasts around 32,000 km of roads and motorways.

Since January 2018 we have been part of the Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane Group.

For almost a century we have been building the roads that connect every place in the country, including the most inaccessible ones, we manage them and keep them efficient over time. We are protagonists in the world of road design, construction and maintenance and among the internationally recognized leaders.

We are constantly designing new highly specialized engineering solutions that make it possible to solve connection problems in a geologically complex territory such as Italy. The 2,034 tunnels (fornici) of Anas represent half of the tunnels present on the entire European panorama.

Not only. Thanks to the 21 departmental operations rooms, the national situation room and a fleet of over a thousand vehicles equipped with satellite trackers and cameras, we are able to constantly monitor the entire road infrastructure of the country.

Our road network today includes 32,419.378 km of directly managed state roads and motorways, including junctions and coplanar roads.

To ensure greater territorial continuity, approximately 6,500 km of regional and provincial roads were rehabilitated.

We aim to strengthen the existing road assets, improve access to the city and enhance intermodal connections, always keeping in mind the safety and efficiency of the network and infrastructure.
