Since the foundation, the central vision has been to strengthen the pool of experts and perform as a recruitment company as a sub-consultant to big consulting companies from the USA and Europe. The primary ability is to hire needed local experts quickly. IGC negotiated a couple more projects and applied for several tenders in consortium with critical stakeholders. 

IGC provides tailor-made services from the initial planning through post-completion evaluation throughout the project life cycle – from concept to reality. IGC has implemented projects for private sector clients, as well as the International Financial Corporation (IFC), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), European Investment Bank (EIB), Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE).

 Our selected references are:

  •  Development of the Comparative Analysis of the Best Practices for Encouraging and Developing Cashless Payments in Other European Countries and the World- A project funded by the GIZ and delivered in cooperation with the National Alliance for Local Economic Development (NALED), Project implementation is from September 2022 – ongoing
  •  Preparation of a pre-feasibility study for Integration of a heat pump system in PUC “Toplana Valjevo” district heating system, the extension of DH system and energy refurbishment of the buildings, including new building connections, and heat pump system integration in the district heating system by utilizing a sewage treatment plant as an energy source and describing the influence of energy and environmental legislation on the district heating company operations. IGC was in charge of the financial assessment of the District Heating Company Valjevo and cost-benefit analysis with the calculation of the potential economic benefits. Preliminary cost-benefit analysis of each improvement measure that has the potential to deliver efficiency savings, using the following criteria: Payback time, Internal rate of return (IRR ), Net present value (NPV), and Benefit-cost ratio (BCR). IGC developed an Excel-based model that assessed the financial viability of the Project and its different scenarios. The methodology was to determine which priority upgrade measures have the potential to deliver a positive return on investment and other economic benefits (e.g., productivity gains) and, therefore, are suitable for loan financing. A project funded by the EBRD and delivered in cooperation with Quiddita DOO Beograd.
  •  Development of feasibility study and technical documentation for implementation of the scientific infrastructure project documentation in Serbia, funded by the EIB. The Project began implementation in May 2020 – ongoing. The project team, engaged by IGC, consists of 20 part-time engineers (architects, construction, mechanics, environmental) and five senior vital experts in social scientific infrastructure, finance, and legal. The Project has two components: Feasibility study for the Science Technology Park Belgrade Phase II and Development of technical documentation for the reconstruction of the Chemistry faculty in Belgrade. The project technical documentation for Component 2 also includes the improvement of energy efficiency by the increase of the energy grade of the faculty building. Project implementation began in May 2020 – ongoing
  • PPP for REPLACEMENT of FOSSIL FUELS with RENEWABLE ENERGY in the UNIVERSITY CLINICAL CENTER in BANJA LUKA, Bosnia and Herzegovina, preparation of financial analysis for the Project, cost-benefit, and sensitivity analysis. Presentation of the project results at the IFC PPP Conference in Sarajevo. A project funded by the IFC and delivered in cooperation with SA Group GmbH.
  • Rising the competitiveness of the regional SME by developing a business plan for the local company. Identify company assets and needs and develop investment plans using financial and CBA analysis. A project funded by the EBRD ASB Programme.
  • Adaptation of the APMG Public-Private Partnerships Certification Guide, Chapter 1, and translating other training materials into the Serbian language. A project funded by the IFC and delivered in cooperation with Infra Warehouse, Bratislava, Slovakia, and APM Group London.
  • Organized and delivered a tailor-made 3-day PPP training for the government of Montenegro in Podgorica, Montenegro. A project funded by the IFC and produced in cooperation with PPP Experts LLC, London.
  • People-first Public-Private Partnerships – Evaluation Methodology for the UN Sustainable Development Goals, Member of the project team for the development of methodology for of evaluating PPP projects within the sub-group “ Economic effectiveness, including fiscal sustainability.” A project funded by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE).
  • Preparation of the Public-Private Comparator for the Project – New Tram Line in Sarajevo and presentation at the IFC PPP Conference in Sarajevo, in cooperation with IESE Business School’s Public-Private Research Center, Barcelona.
  • Preparation of the PPP project with elements of concession for the construction of the Regional Waste Management Center “Keleš” for the city of Nis region (the second-largest city in Serbia); Preparation of financial and economic analysis and cost comparator, using the value for money methodology, concession act, feasibility study, concession documentation, procurement documentation. A project funded by the Republic of Serbia, local self-governments, and regional development agencies.
  • Participated in preparing tender packages under the PRAG procedure conducted by IGC as part of implementing the IPA project "Embrace Nature," financed by Interreg-IPA CBC Bulgaria - Serbia Programme.
