Description
Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) was established in 1991 by the Korean Government to implement Korea’s Official Development Assistance Programmes in partner countries. In 2003, KOICA opened its office in Baghdad and KOICA's office has been operating in Iraq through a variety of grant-aid programmes and projects. KOICA Iraq office has been working at the request of the Government of Iraq to support national development efforts on social and economic levels.
