KOICA, Korea International Cooperative Agency, is a governmental funded agency of Republic of Korea for ODA(Official Development Assistance). Since 1994, KOICA has been promoting various cooperative programs with Palestine. In 2008, KOICA Palestine office was established. KOICA has been continuously providing support for the economic and social development of Palestine, focusing on projects and invitational training programs.

KOICA makes efforts to promote friendly and cooperative relations between the Republic of Korea and Palestine to enhance Palestinian self-reliance, and achieve the SDG(Sustainable Development Goals). KOICA is committed to working to strengthen the cooperative relationship between the both countries in various fields such as health, education, and public administration.
