Consorzio Trentino di Bonifica

The Trentino di Bonifica Consortium is a public body with an associative structure, with statutory, administrative and accounting autonomy.

It carries out its activities within the limits established by the sector legislation (art. 59 of the RD 13 February 1933, n. 215 and LP 3 April 2007 n. 9) and by the Statute, and is subject to the supervision of the Autonomous Province of Trento.

Land reclamation consortia are made up of all the owners of real estate located in the individual districts, who assume the role of consortium members.

The consortium owners who receive the reclamation benefit are obliged to contribute to the operating costs of the consortium and to the management and maintenance costs of the works.
