Navarra de Infraestructuras Locales, S.A. (NILSA)

Navarra de Infraestructuras Locales, S.A. (NILSA) is a public company of the Government of Navarre, belonging to the Public Business Corporation of Navarre (CPEN), whose mission is the purification of wastewater, the management of urban waste and collaboration in supply. Institutionally and since August 2019, it is attached to the Department of Territorial Cohesion. NILSA was founded in 1989 as a management instrument for the implementation of the River Sanitation Plan in Navarre, approved in 1988. In 2019, the Master Plan for the Urban Use Water Cycle 2019-2030 was approved, for which NILSA is responsible.
