International Overseas Company (IOC) was established in 1994 as a modest trading operation in the import and distribution of consumer goods. IOC sat it score competencies around the FMCG business, with the aim of developing a strong product distribution network across Palestine.

Our partnerships with first class international conglomerates such as Imperial Tobacco Group, British American Tobacco, Bic World (Lighters & Shavers), and Red Bull amongst others enhanced our experiences & know-how and exposed us to the highest levels of international operations standards excellence in being effective and efficient to drive our business to leading positions through an extensive distribution network.

IOC utilizes all its resources and efforts in pioneering ideas, expertise, and best practices of sales and marketing to speed up growth. Currently, IOC leads an operation of more than 50 professionals mostly in marketing, sales, distribution and logistics equipped with a modern fleet, IT resources, and on going development programs to delivering top-tier services that are affecting more avast coverage of POS directly and indirectly in the region.
