Agence Nationale de Développement du Numérique / Comorian National Digital Development Agency (ANADEN)

The agency is responsible for implementing the national digital strategy with the main objective of driving the development of the digital sector and accelerating its dissemination and use within the government and among all sectors of society. ANADEN has set itself the following missions:

- Implement the Comoros Digital Strategy 2028

- Carry out the digital transformation of all sectors of the country's economy

- Ensure the representation of the country internationally and define a strategy for implementing all of the agency's missions

- Mobilize financial resources and establish strategic and technical partners

- Ensure the management of state IT
