ORGANIZATIONAL DESCRIPTION FOR A CHILD'S BRIGHT FUTURE ORGANIZATION.

 

Introduction:

A Child's Bright Future Organization commonly known as Support a child's bright future is Community based Organization for vulnerable children and youth located at igamba parish, Northern Division, Iganga Municipality in Iganga District  near igamba primary school founded in February, 2024 and legally registered in January, 2025 by Mr. Kibadhawo Hassan as the Executive Director and Naiwubwe Shakira as the Secretary of A Child's Bright Future Organization. Registration certificate number: IDLG0082025.

 

Mission Statement:

Empowering vulnerable children and youth to reach their full potential through education, healthcare, socio-economic support, and fostering Brighter future for generations to come.

 

Vision Statement:

A world where every child and youth has access to quality Education, Healthcare, and opportunities for growth, free from poverty, exploitation and discrimination.

 

Motto Statement:

Empowering vulnerable Children and youth, enriching the communities.

 

Objectives:

1. Improve Access to Education: Provide Educational Support, resources, and facilities to disadvantaged Children and youth.

2. Enhance Healthcare and well-being: Offer healthcare Services, Nutrition Programs, and hygiene Education to promote healthy living.

3. Promote Socio-economic Development: Implement income generating projects,vacational training, and entrepreneurship Programs for youth caregivers.

4. Strengthen Community Engagement: Foster Partnerships with local stakeholders, Community groups and government agencies to amplify impact.

 

Programs and Services

1. Educational support: Scholarships school supplies, and tutoring session for Vulnerable children and youth.

2. Healthcare services:  Medical check ups, vaccinations, and health Education for Children, caregivers and youth.

3. Nutrition Programs: Food assistance,meal Programs, and Nutrition counseling for Vulnerable children.

4. Vocational Training: Skills training, entrepreneurship programs, and Mentorship for youth.

 

Target Population

Disadvantaged Children and youth (5-25) in the rural areas and urban areas of Iganga District Uganda, with a focus on;

1. Orphaned and Vulnerable Children.

2. Children with Disabilities

3. Girls and young women

4. Boys and young Men

 

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

1. Board of Directors: Provides strategic guidance and oversight.

2. Executive Director: Oversees Programs Implementation, operations and management.

3. Program managers: Lead specific Programs and services.

4. Community outreach workers: Engage with local Communities, provide support, and facilitate referrals.
