The Foundation's operating principles are based on:
- participatory governance: the executive committee is made up of 10 employees, and numerous events allow everyone to take part in solidarity initiatives.
- involvement in our regions: projects are located in our agencies' areas of operation, namely the metropolitan areas of Lille, Paris, Lyon, Grenoble, Nantes, Tours, Nice, and Marrakech.
