Founded in 1994, the International Bureau for Children's Rights (IBCR) is an international non-governmental organisation whose mission is to contribute to the respect and promotion of children’s rights worlwide.
The IBCR team is made up of 30 professionals as well as numerous qualified interns. Together, they promote children’s rights across the Americas, the Middle East and Asia. The team also includes coordinators and volunteers who work in the field with the Bureau’s local partners.
Since its creation, the IBCR has carried out mandates in nearly 45 countries and shared its expertise with more than 50,000 people to help them better protect the rights of thousands of children.
