The Ethiopian Educational Leadership Professionals Association (EELPA) is a national, non-profit, professional association established in June 2024 to promote excellence, integrity, and innovation in educational leadership across Ethiopia. EELPA serves as a collaborative platform for education leaders, administrators, researchers, and policymakers who are dedicated to improving the quality and relevance of the Ethiopian education system.
