CPU Consultores is an international and multidisciplinary group of consultancy companies, working within architecture, urban planning and real estate valuation.

CPU Consultores was established around 30 years ago and has its headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal. CPU combines a required high standard in the quality of the services it provides in projects and consultancy with an interdisciplinary approach and an extensive knowledge of its clients' needs. Its services are guided by professionalism and technical accuracy along with high ethical, independence and confidentiality standards.

Around 70 highly qualified and experienced professionals from different disciplines make up CPU staff at their offices in Portugal (Lisbon and Porto) and Mozambique (Maputo), and develop projects in these and other countries. The team includes town planners, architects, interior architects and specialists in projects for commercial areas, civil and mechanical engineers, economists, expert property valuers and chartered surveyors.
