Description

Like Kilimanjaro, Africa’s Sovereign Development Trust® rises from the continent’s own soil, carrying its own authority. The Ndege Group® is the institutional mechanism through which the African Federation Treaty Framework© moves from architecture into operation: sovereignty not declared, but built.

FOUNDATIONAL ARCHITECTURE
The AFTF v3.1, authored by David Okiki Amayo Jr., resolves Africa’s sovereignty paradoxes across finance, defence, and resource governance. Zenodo DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18365997. Validated by eleven African Ministers. Engaged at Sandton 2025 by ten nations.

THE ECOSYSTEM

  • OmniGaza®: Quantum-resistant blockchain. 3,571 TPS at two-second finality. KIPI No. 138985.
  • Ndege Aerospace©: Aviation, telecommunications, and orbital infrastructure anchoring the United African Defence Force©.
  • Ndege MarketPlace©: Sovereign blockchain commerce. Launching Q3 2026.
  • The Ndege Foundation©: Development finance, conservation, and the Daudi Mutuku Fund for Education©.
  • The Central Bank of Africa℠: Mineral-backed monetary architecture. Ndege Money© under live testing.
  • The Pan African Court℠: Supreme judicial organ of the AFTF, governing a USD 24 trillion mineral-backed mandate through algorithmic jurisprudence on OmniGaza®.

Governed by The African Charter’s seven tenets. Sovereignty is not aspiration. It is infrastructure.
