Full Bright Consultancy (Pvt.) Ltd. (FBC) was incorporated in 1986 under Private Company Act of Nepal with a goal of providing multidisciplinary consulting services in the fields of engineering, information technology, management, planning and development works through setting up of full range of capaciy including office with pleasant working environment equipped with technological facilities and multi-disciplinary pool of engineering and management professionals sourced locally and internationally. 

FBC is comprised of qualified and experienced professionals of diversified fields capable of providing services in various categories such as engineering and management of development projects. The wide range of sector coverage of FBC includes but not limited to pre-feasibility/ feasibility studies, surveying, planning, designing, construction supervision, project management and administration, quality control in transportation (roads, highways, bridges, railways), water resources (irrigation, river training, energy/ hydropower) and other large infrastructures, urban development, regional development, water supply and sewerage, institutional reform, regional planning/development, profile study and benchmark survey, micro and macroeconomics studies, viability study, market survey and analysis, statistics, and research works, micro enterprises and industrial setup, Economic Studies, Economic feasibility studies, R&D, and profitability studies. Apart form this FBC also has completed numerous assignments in socio-economic studies, gender, environmental studies, agriculture, agri-business development, value chain analysis, impact/ effectiveness assessment and M&E studies and disseminating lessons learned via data and reports etc. FBC till date has over 400 consulting assignments completed including those funded by GoN, the World Bank, ADB, JICA, DFID, UN and other various organizations

FBC is registered under Private Limited Company Act 2053, at Office of Company Registrar with registration number (9303/055/56 - as Private Limited) and VAT number (500089022). FBC is also registered with WB e-Consultant (vendor No: 68959), ADB (CMS-003741), USAID (DUNS No. 557770045), UNGM (vendor No: 402333) and member of Society of Consulting Architectural and Engineering Firms (SCAEF) of Nepal (M 48).

The major fields that FBC is interested and capable of delivering it's services are transportation, water resources, housing and urban development, environment, social and gender inclusion,  capacity building, economics, finance and research & development.
