ASDEMO - Association of Children and Youth

The regional public association “GOMEL ASSOCIATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUTH” ASDEMO, relying on democratic values and principles of open activity and voluntary participation, activates youth aspirations, initiatives and activities in various aspects of society through organizational and material assistance, information, training, seminars, concerts , festivals, conferences on important aspects of society (human rights, environmental conditions, employment, migration, HIV-related issues ktsii and AIDS) and improvement of the organization of international youth exchange.

Activities:

•  Financing youth programs and actions at the expense of own and borrowed funds;
•  Promotion of environmental knowledge among children and youth, holding mass events aimed at protecting the environment;
•  Providing organizational and material assistance to youth groups and individuals involved in sports, music, visual arts, theater and other types of creative activities;
•  Conducting educational, cultural, entertainment events, meetings, conferences, events, seminars on the problems of society;
•  The organization of the rehabilitation of children and youth in summer camps, recreation centers, tourist camps in Belarus and abroad;
•  Assistance in organizing international youth exchanges;
•  The development of youth with their initial professional qualities by engaging in active activities as volunteers of the organization to solve socially significant issues.

All activities of the organization are carried out by active youth. This allows young people to build a confident life position by participating in regulatory processes and solving social problems.
