It is with great pleasure that I address the visitors of the new SOGEM website with the deep conviction that it will be a link between us and the whole of our Organization, all our partners, without forgetting the General public. We want it as a complement to the OMVS main site and, above all, as a space for sharing and exchanging fruitfully.

Since its creation on 7 January 1997 by the OMVS member states, SOGEM has already met many challenges.
