Save the Children (Indonesia)

At Save the Children, we work in countries all over the world to help save children’s lives. We fight for their rights, we help them fulfil their potential, and enable them to go on and change the world. Our vision is a world in which every child attains the right to survival, protection, development and participation. And our mission is to inspire breakthroughs in the way the world treats children, to achieve immediate and lasting change in their lives. Save the Children secures and protects children’s rights to; food, shelter, health care, education and freedom from violence, abuse and exploitation. 

Save the Children has worked in Indonesia for more than three decades. We’ve responded to nearly all of the natural disasters that occurred – including the 2004 tsunami, volcanic eruptions in 2010, and an earthquake in 2016 – providing immediate relief to children and families after a disaster.
