Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia (ASEI)

PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia (Asei Insurance) is a result of the transformation of PT Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia (Persero), which is experienced and has competency in insurance and insurance. Asuransi Asei is becoming a more dynamic insurance company that is able to face future challenges. Asuransi Asei has a vision to become a leading and trusted insurance company in Indonesia through technology-based integrated services.

However, the de facto Asei Insurance business has been going on since 1985 through PT Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia (Persero) based on Government Regulation No. 20 of 1983, which is engaged in insurance and guarantees to support the development of national non-oil and gas exports. Along with national needs, the government as the shareholder, transformed PT Asuransi Ekspor Indonesia (Persero) into PT Asei Reasuransi Indonesia (Persero) with the Asei Re call brand, which focuses on developing the reinsurance business. Asei Re later changed its name to PT Reasuransi Indonesia Utama (Persero) with Indonesia's Re brand call. While the insurance and guarantee business is carried out by a subsidiary, PT Asuransi Asei Indonesia.
