Our services are diverse but have three things in common – they are driven by new concepts and theories, are practical, and lead to new insights. The tools and approaches we utilise are directly implementable. This way we empower individuals, organisations and networks to increase their positive social impact.
Our services:
- enhance competencies of staff members
- assist organisations to improve performances
- maximise the impact of partnerships and networks
- focus on sustainable results in projects and programmes
MDF has regional offices Ghana, Benin, DRC, Kenya, Bangladesh, Myanmar & Indonesia
Global presence, local expertise
Being globally present, clients tap into our world wide network and call upon combined teams of international and local MDF experts. Our clients also often enjoy meeting with fellow professionals with different (cultural) backgrounds, for instance in our training courses.
Masters in bridging theory and practice
Aiming for a more equitable and sustainable world, we involve with actors in international co-operation at international, regional, national and local levels. Given our hands-on experience on all these levels we have become masters in bridging theory and practice. Able to translate high-level processes and theory to practical and applicable tools.
Facilitators of results-oriented learning
Our clients benefit from our ability in bridging theory and practice, expertise that we use as an accelerator when we build upon previous experiences of our clients. As facilitators of results-oriented learning we take the experiential learning cycle as a guiding principle.
Experts with a passion for change that matters
Why do we want people to achieve better results? Because in an ever changing world and a growing urgency to create more equitable societies, we believe that people who continue to develop themselves are best equipped to really contribute and make a sustainable difference.
