FECBOP - European Federation of Centres for Career Guidance and Competence Balance

The European Federation of Centres of Career Guidance and Bilan de Compétences (FECBOP - Fédération européenne des Centres de bilan et d'orientation professionnelle) is an association operating at European level. It was founded by institutions and bodies working in the field of vocational guidance, career counselling, recognition and accreditation of experiential learning and in bilan de compétences.The FECBOP manages and develops a common quality assurance framework and awards a quality label that ensures that the members share the same deontology in their activities.

Its mission:

• Promote the principles, methods and image of the bilan de compétences in favour of its members and its clients: employees, job seekers or employers on international level.
• Promote homogeneous deontological and methodological practises across the frontiers.
