Knowing that all these attributions were under the supervision of the Ministry of Social Affairs.

In 2002 some structures under the Ministry of Vocational Training and Employment wereattached to the Ministry of Education and Training under Decree No. 2002-2057 of 10 September 2002, the Ministry of Education and Training. Employment was created, these attributions are fixed by decree n ° 2002-2062 of September 10, 2002. and to this end, it is in charge of:

• Employment
  
• Continuing vocational training
  
• Immigration and foreign labor
  

After a short period the National Center for Continuing Education and Professional Development became under the supervision of the Ministry of Education and Training.
