ThExperts, a newly created Non-Profit Association among a group of international experts, has created and is making available a web-based management tool with the aim to assist project managers in enhancing the quality level in managing Development Aid Programmes in the frame of the decentralised system.
Our rich Experts' Database includes experts from all over the world, speaking all languages and having a wide range of expertise.

ThExperts has been established in 2009 with the aim to provide support, technical assistance and training services to projects management entities in all projects implementation phases, starting with Identification and Formulation up to the Evaluation and Auditing.
Experiences acquired by our experts have been consolidated and transformed into a set of software tools supporting the activities needed by any project.
