Hanover Construction Company Ltd. is an engineering firm founded in 1996 in Trinidad and Tobago. The Hanover Group has been making its mark in the civil engineering and construction sectors for many years. It has provided clients with a wide and specialized range of services to ensure the successful completion and delivery of their projects.

HCC represents the construction and land development arm of the Hanover Group. The emergence of HCC in 1996 was in response to the need for affordable housing in Trinidad and Tobago. The HCC model empowers the government to fulfil its mandate while minimizing the financial and administrative costs of the project. The firm’s philosophy is to utilize a team approach in order to ensure that projects are delivered within the optimum amount of time and on budget, while continuing its tradition of total commitment to quality. HCC deals with the design, finance and construction of all the requisite infrastructure of the projects. Additionally, HCC takes care of all aspects of the sales and marketing of the completed units as well as attending to administrative details such as preparing sales agreements.
