PB Sea-Tow is a mature marine transport & logistics company operating a fleet of multipurpose tugs and barges. The company and personnel have wide-ranging experience honed from transporting technically demanding project cargoes and modules throughout Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the South Pacific. PBST provides complete transport packages, delivering modules and like project cargoes directly from the manufacturing source to the construction and assembly site and this has included beached landings. Principle activity occurs throughout Oceania, but also including the Pacific North West and the Middle East.

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Vlasic and Derek Ah Sam of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company by special shareholders’ resolution on 22 March 2018 at 9.00am.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 4 May 2018 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Note: The company is solvent and is being liquidated as it has completed the purpose for which it was incorporated.
