Kocaeli Avrupa Birliği İş Geliştirme Merkezi (ABİGEM) A.Ş. - The Kocaeli European Union Business Development Center (ABİGEM) has been established by the European Union Commission and TOBB for the development of service and production standards for SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) in 2002 under the EU's MEDA program. Is a non profit-oriented consultancy and training institution born from the project. Our vision is to produce sectoral and regional projects that accelerate for the SME Business world and pioneer in cross-border activities, bringing to the top of the value added to ensure the development of national industry and trade. Our Mission: Providing information infrastructure, training & consultancy services, innovative projects to strengthen the infrastructure of SMEs and to be in EU and world standards.
