Development Oriented Operations Research & Surveys

The Development Oriented Operations Research & Surveys (DOORS) was established in 2002 and registered in 2006 under Societies Registration Act-XXI of 1860. It is a society of survey probationers and social scientists. It is a non-partisan, non-political and non-profit organization working with the important object of betterment of relatively disadvantaged population groups and overall improvement of the socio economic conditions in the country.

The Broad Mission of DOORS is to conduct social socio-economic research, provide consultancy on developmental issues, help planners and policy makers working in the field of development and also provide charitable services to disadvantaged and poor. To achieve our Mission we work for implementation or project implementation at grass root level either directly or with other like-minded organisations.

DOORS Professionals have experience in handling research projects with national agencies and international agencies and had been working in the field of Health, Education, women child related issues, Planning and Development, Employment, SHGs related issues, farmers related issues, & other socio economic subjects and have conducted more than 150 studies, that include Monitoring, Evaluation and Policy Research Studies.
