Lao Social Research and Service Company

LSR was formed in 2011 as the first specialist qualitative social research company in the Lao PDR.
LSR’s mission is to provide a high quality qualitative social research service to address the research needs international financial institutions, NGOs, and bilateral aid agencies. LSR has also gained substantial experience in large-scale quantitative data collection. LSR is an approved service provider to WB and ADB. LSR prefers to use CAPI based technology for surveys, and carries out data analysis in SPSS. LSR has access to a wide variety of technical specialists and has also carried out assignments in the areas of micro-finance, gender studies and village based forestry (community forestry).
