Founded in 2001, Health Focus GmbH is an independent consultancy agency providing advice and technical support for governments, bilateral and multilateral development agencies and also private organisations in various fields related to health, heathcare and hospital management as well as social development.

Health Focus has a strong track record of delivering high-quality implementation projects, research and evaluation studies, as well as workshops and training programs to governments, bilateral and multilateral development agencies, and private and civil society organisations. Since its foundation in 2001, Health Focus has implemented more than 200 short and long-term projects in more than 60 countries in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Central America. It has a particularly strong presence on the African continent.
