Encomm Limited (formerly Energy & Communications Limited) is a power generation, transmission and Distribution Company established in Hong Kong and with a focus on emerging business opportunities in the power & energy sectors across Africa, Middle East and Asia.

Starting with Kenya in 2007 and Ethiopia in 2008, Encomm pursued and managed to win significant business contracts with the respective power utilities, Kenya Power & Lighting Co., Ltd (KPLC) and Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation (EEPCO) increasing its turnover from US$ 1.2M in 2008 to nearly US$ 16 Million in 2009. Read More On the Success of this Projects
