  1. The Ministry of Health and Sanitation (MOHS) has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Quality Essential Health Services and Systems Support Project (QEHSSSP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Laptop Computers, Printers and Tablets.
  2. The Ministry of Health and Sanitation (MOHS) Integrated Health Projects Administration Unit, (IHPAU) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders with at least three years experience in dealing with Information Communication and Technology (ICT) Equipment to supply  the following:

  1. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
  2. Bidders must submit their bids and meet the following:
  • Bid Security Declaration Form;
  • Three years proven experience in dealing with ICT Equipment and accessories;
  • Business Registration certificate or Business License in conformity with the provision of country of the bidder;
  • Valid National Revenue Authority (NRA) and National Social Security and Insurance Trust (NASSIT) Certificates - Applicable for National Bidders.  Foreign firms are requested to submit with their bid evidence of meeting their commitment to the applicable tax obligation
  • Technical Brochure/ Catalogue of ICT equipment that you intend to supply.

4.    Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document during office hours 0900 to 1700 hours at the address given above.

   5.     The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and payment of a non-refundable fee of NLe 500 (Five Hundred New Leones). The method of payment will be by Bank transfer, Wire transfer and Direct payment in the Account listed below:

  6.      Bids must be delivered to the address above on or before Thursday, 20th April, 2023 at 1:00pm. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on Thursday, 20th April, 2023 at 1:00 pm.
