Rain and Clean Post Monetization Evaluation

Winrock International is soliciting proposals from organizations interested in conducting a post-monetization assessment related to the sale of agricultural commodities in Indonesia. The terms of reference outlined herein may be subject to change by Winrock International or the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Any changes to the terms of reference will be communicated to interested vendors and, if deemed necessary by Winrock, the deadline for submission will be extended.

• Deadline for submission of questions to Winrock on RFP is August 4, 2023. 
• Responses on questions disseminated to vendors by August 11, 2023.
• Deadline for submission of proposal is August 18, 2023 by 5:00 pm (EST).

Submissions must be in English. All pages must be numbered and include the RFP title and name of organization on each page. The proposal must be emailed to Winrock CLEAN and RAIN projects to the attention of:
