The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) invited Company/Firm to submit a Proposal to conduct the External Evaluation Of Unesco Programme In Syria, in accordance with the present solicitation document. The Request for Proposal (RFP) consists of this cover page and the Annexes that are stipulated and attached to this procurement notice. Your offer comprising of technical proposal and financial proposal shall be submitted via electronic submission (email), as per clause "16. Marking of Proposals" stipulated under "ANNEX I – Instructions to Offerors" no later than March 04, 2024 before 18:00 hour Beirut local time without any copy to any other e-mail addresses.
