Description

The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) invited Company/Firm to submit a Proposal to conduct the External Evaluation Of Unesco Programme In Syria, in accordance with the present solicitation document. The Request for Proposal (RFP) consists of this cover page and the Annexes that are stipulated and attached to this procurement notice. Your offer comprising of technical proposal and financial proposal shall be submitted via electronic submission (email), as per clause "16. Marking of Proposals" stipulated under "ANNEX I – Instructions to Offerors" no later than March 04, 2024 before 18:00 hour Beirut local time without any copy to any other e-mail addresses. Offeror are requested to acknowledge the receipt of this Procurement Notice and to indicate whether or not you will be submitting a proposal. For this purpose, and for any requests for clarification, please contact [procurement.bei@unesco.org]. Note: Bidding for all UNESCO tenders and projects is Free of Charge.
