Capacity Building to Support Countries in the Ratification of the ‘bbnj’ (biodiversity Beyond National Jurisdiction) Treaty

The purpose of this request for quotation (RFQ) is to find and appoint a suitable consultant (individual or consortium) for the provision of capacity building services to support countries in the ratification of the ‘BBNJ’ (biodiversity beyond national jurisdiction) Treaty. The contract will run from March 2024 until March 2025.

To participate in the RFQ process, interested parties ("Bidders") must complete and submit an Request for Quotation which can be downloaded by registering on our e-tendering portal.

The RFQ responses must be returned via the Commonwealth Secretariat’s e-procurement portal by 12 Noon GMT on 22 March 2024. Any questions pertaining to this procurement or RFQ document must be submitted via our e-tendering portal.
