 Task title: Organization of 10 educational and methodical activities in the field of Educational Sciences

 The Moldovan Higher Education Project (PÎSM) is a project financed by the World Bank to be implemented between May 2020 and December 2025.

As part of the implementation of the Higher Education Project in Moldova, financed by the World Bank, the Pedagogical College "Ion Creangă" from Bălți obtained the sub-project "EDUSPACE- Education, Development, Humanization of Today's Pedagogical Specialists for the Eco Community" and, respectively, signed the Sub-financing Agreement with the Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova and intends to apply part of the sources for consulting services.

Through this sub-project, the Pedagogical College "Ion Creangă" from Bălți aims to carry out a set of interventions aimed at modernizing the conditions for organizing the teaching-learning-evaluation educational process by creating a modern educational space. 3 simulation educational centers will be created and equipped, a gym and 5 classrooms will be renovated, 2 computer labs will be created, curricular products will be developed and published, continuous professional training activities will be carried out And so on These actions will contribute to the qualitative and quantitative increase in the performance of students in the field of Education and the improvement of employment in the field of work.

The proposed project is oriented towards achieving the following specific objectives as follows:

O1. Stimulating the conditions for training and developing the professional skills of future and current teachers, adaptable and responsive to the new requirements of the labor market, through the implementation of interdisciplinary, transdisciplinary and innovative strategies and activities.

O2. Equipping and inaugurating simulation educational centers according to modern equipment standards for early childhood education and primary education institutions.

O3. Ensuring ergonomic conditions for activity in simulation educational centers.

O4. Promoting the image of the institution and pedagogical specialties and qualifications to meet the demands and offers of the labor market.

O5. Identifying new partners and strengthening existing partnerships with educational agencies/educational institutions in the country and abroad.

Consulting services include the organization of 10 educational and methodical activities in the field of Educational Sciences: primary education, early childhood education and music education with students from general education secondary schools .

The Pedagogical College "Ion Creangă" from Bălți invites eligible consulting companies ("Consultants") to express their interest in providing services for the organization of 10 educational and methodical activities in the field of Educational Sciences: primary education, early childhood education and music education.

Interested consultants will submit information demonstrating that they have the necessary qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services.

Overall experience of the company

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in organizing educational and methodical events.
  • Have the capacity to manage some events, including concurrent ones, with large groups of beneficiaries.

The company's specific experience in providing similar services

  • Have experience, at least 3 years, of providing educational and methodical services for different categories of beneficiaries, including students.
  • The company's portfolio should include at least 5 similar organized activities (summer camps, creative workshops, competitions, etc.).

The professional experience of the team of experts involved in carrying out the task

  • The team of specialists involved in carrying out the task should include at least 3 teaching or scientific-didactic staff from higher or general education (teaching degree I or higher), specialized in the fields of competence specified for educational and methodical activities (primary education, early education, music education ).
  • The coordinator of the team of specialists should have experience in designing educational and methodical programs for students (such as summer schools, creative camps, etc.).
  • The coordinator of the team of specialists must have at least 3 years of professional experience in organizing educational and methodical activities with students.
  • The team of specialists involved in carrying out the task must possess the Romanian language Level C1/native (written and oral) and at least one teaching staff of the team must possess an intermediate level (minimum B2)/native of the Russian language.

Key experts will not be assessed at the Shortlisting stage.

The attention of interested companies is drawn to Section III, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16 and 3.17 of the July 2016 “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, revised in November 2017 and August 2018 (“Procurement Regulations”), which sets out the World Bank's conflict of interest policy. interests

Consultants may associate with other companies to enhance their qualifications, but should clearly indicate whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub-consultancy contract. In the case of an association, all partners in the association will be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected.

The consulting company will be selected in accordance with the selection method - "Selection based on the qualification of consultants", provided in the Procurement Regulations.
