1. The Ghana Statistical Service has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of Harmonizing and Improving Statistics in West Africa Project (HISWAP), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for procurement of ICT Equipment.

1. The Ghana Statistical Service now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Procurement of ICT Equipment as follows:

1. Bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) selection method as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, Revised November, 2017, July, 2018 and November, 2020 per the legal agreement (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

1. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ghana Statistical Service Head Office, Procurement Unit, Room 241, Ministries, Accra, procurement@statsghana.gov.gh and inspect the bidding document during office hours, from 09:30am to 4:30pm at the address given below

1. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of five hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢500.00). The method of payment will be in Cash only. The document will be issued upon receipt of payment.

1. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 2:00pm on 8th October, 2024. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 8th October, 2024 at 2:10pm.

1. All Bids must be accompanied by a BID SECURITY OF TWO PERCENT (2%) OF THE BID PRICE FOR EACH LOT.
