Description

UNICEF is seeking a qualified institution to develop a two-way, user-centric multisectoral referral framework aimed at improving access to services for children and adolescents living with or at risk of HIV in Uzbekistan. This initiative is designed to enhance coordination among the health, child protection, social protection, and education sectors, with a particular emphasis on adolescent girls and young women. Key Objectives: - Conduct a desk review and focus group discussions to assess and enhance referral procedures. - Develop a standardized national referral pathway framework for children and adolescents living with HIV. - Create communication tools for families and adolescents. - Design a referral pathway for healthcare providers and social workers. Deadline: 18:00 Tashkent time, 25 October 2024 Submission: Proposals must be submitted via email to tashkentsupply@unicef.org.
