UNDP-IC-2024-360 Validation of Technical Standards of NEECA Electric Vehicle (EV)

Objectives: 1. To validate the Technical Standards and Specifications incorporated in the NEECA EV Charging Infrastructure Regulations 2023 for establishing the EV Charging Infrastructure in Pakistan. 2. To conduct a study on developing national fuel Economy standards for Pakistan and current corporate average fuel economy of all the local automotive OEMS of passenger cars, 2/3-Wheeler vehicles, light & heavy commercial vehicles and suggesting a realistic benchmark of corporate average fuel economy (CAFÉ) or any other practical standard being used by developed and neighboring countries.
